Import Inventory Intelligence
Recognizes SOARR fields such as Stock#, VIN, Year, Make, Model, Type, Retail, Acq Dt / Date Available, Photo Count and InventoryDetailURL. Observed aging is labeled as observation-based, not dealer acquisition age.
Import Dealer Inventory Page URL
Use this for a normal public inventory webpage such as a DealerSpike xAllInventory page. Prospect Radar will identify the platform, discover public inventory detail pages and structured vehicle data where available, and preserve partial results if the site limits automated access.
Import Direct Inventory Feed / File URL
Best for direct CSV, XLS/XLSX, XML or JSON feed/file URLs. For a normal dealer inventory webpage, use Import Inventory Page URL. Prospect Radar saves the source URL for future refreshes.
Project Hub Email & Notifications
Internal notifications: overdue actions, client follow-ups, management escalations, launch warnings and relationship-risk alerts. Client status emails are always reviewed and sent manually.

Notification Controls

Automatic scheduling is enabled separately in Supabase after the email function is deployed. Running alerts manually here is useful for testing.
